Hello, my name is Amy Switak,
and I am a licensed clinical
social worker who has experience
and enjoys working with all ages
of clients from children to the
geriatric population on an
individual and group basis. I am
also an Illinois state Type 73
certified school social worker.
I have experience working in
schools with children in
developmental kindergarten
through high school. In
addition, I have experience
working with senior citizens
within the geriatric
guardianship realm, as well as
with caregivers and medically
complicated clients. I
specialize in Cognitive
behavioral therapy and Solutions
focused brief therapy, as well
as many other evidenced based
