Patients are required to call their insurance company before
their first appointment. Co-payments and Co-insurance
payments are due at the time of service.
Questions to ask your insurance company:
1. Is there a deductible for outpatient mental health?
2. Is my provider in-network?
3. Do I need to get my visit preauthorized?
4. What is my co-pay/co-insurance?
